How Booking Works
We do not operate an automated online booking system. Every examination follows a structured process to ensure suitability, professionalism, and proper preparation.
Enquiry Received
Submit your enquiry by phone, email, or contact form. All enquiries are treated confidentially.
Consultation & Suitability
A brief, no-obligation consultation to review the matter, assess suitability, and explain the examination process.
Quote & Payment Link
If suitable, we send a confirmation email with your quote, a secure payment link, and our Terms of Engagement.
Appointment Confirmed
Your appointment is confirmed only after the retainer or agreed fee has been received. A calendar invitation follows.
Preparation Information
A pre-examination information pack is sent 48–72 hours before your appointment to ensure you are fully prepared.

Appointments are confirmed only after a confidential consultation and receipt of the agreed retainer fee.
What the Retainer Covers

How Confirmation Works
Following your consultation, we will send a confirmation email containing a secure payment link and our Terms of Engagement. Your appointment is not confirmed until the retainer fee has been received.
The remaining balance, if applicable, is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For short-notice bookings, the full fee may be payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Refund or transfer decisions depend on the notice provided, work already undertaken, and costs incurred at the point of cancellation. We will always consider individual circumstances fairly. Full details are provided in our Terms of Engagement before payment.
